Spread the love

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 3 tbsp noodles (alphabet noodles)
  • 3 m.-sized carrot(s)
  • 1 pack of tomatoes, pureed
  • 90 g minced beef
  • n. B. water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Baby food simple and delicious!

Cut the carrots into small cubes and sauté in a little water. Drain, reserving the water. Cook the alphabet pasta or other small pasta until soft; I always use 1 tablespoon per serving. Brown the minced meat (30g per serving) in a pan with a little oil. When the meat is lightly browned, add the passata and let it simmer gently for about 10 minutes. You can also add the cooking water from the carrots to thin it out. Finally, add the carrots and pasta to the meat. If your child likes chunky carrots and you’ve chopped them nice and small, there’s no need to puree them. If your child/baby doesn’t like chunky carrots, it’s better to puree them briefly. One pack of passata is enough for about 3-4 servings, depending on how much your child eats per serving. My son (10 months) loves this recipe and eats 250g, so I get 3 servings out of it. It’s also easy to freeze!
