Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400g spaghetti
- 75 g butter, melted
- 5 tbsp cheese (Grana Padano), freshly grated
- some salt and pepper, freshly ground
- 100 ml cream
- 200 g mozzarella, cut into thin slices
- Butter, in flakes
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the spaghetti al dente, drain well, and set aside. Then immediately toss with the butter, 3 tablespoons of grated cheese, and the cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Transfer to an ovenproof dish. Top with the mozzarella slices and a few knobs of butter, then sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven to 175°C (350°F) until the mozzarella is melted. Serve immediately.
