Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g spaghetti, thin (No. 1)
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 zucchini
  • n. B. bacon cubes
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • e.g. Parmesan

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the zucchini and bell peppers into thin, long strips. Cook the pasta. Meanwhile, sauté the bacon and garlic. Add the zucchini and bell peppers and sauté. Drain the cooked pasta and toss with the other ingredients. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired, and serve.
