Spaghetti with capers

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200g spaghetti
  • Sea salt
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 10 capers
  • 150 g soy strips
  • 1 pinch(s) pepper, green, freshly ground
  • 150 g bell pepper(s), grilled from the jar
  • 20 basil leaves, finely chopped
  • ½ tsp chili flakes, Korean

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook spaghetti according to the package directions. Peel and dice the onions. Peel and slice the garlic. Heat olive oil in a pan. Sauté the onions, garlic, and soy meat. After 5 minutes, add the capers. Slice the bell pepper and add them. Sauté for another 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Finely chop the basil and add it.
