Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200g spaghetti
- 250 g cherry tomatoes
- 250 g prawn(s), king prawn
- 5 spring onions
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 sprigs of thyme
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 1 red chili pepper(s)
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cut the spring onions into small rolls. Finely chop the garlic. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Deseed the chili and cut into small strips. Chop the parsley and thyme. Heat the oil and first sauté the spring onions, then add the prawns and fry them briefly and vigorously. Remove the prawns from the pan. Now add the chopped herbs, the halved tomatoes, and the garlic and simmer. Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions. Return the prawns to the pan with the tomatoes and add about 3 tablespoons of the pasta cooking water. Season again with pepper and salt. Toss the spaghetti with the prawns and tomatoes thoroughly, let stand for a while, and serve drizzled with good olive oil.
