Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400g spaghetti
- 150 g tomatoes, dried
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 150 ml red wine or vegetable stock
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- a little lemon peel, grated
- 2 tbsp almonds, ground
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- Salt
- 50 g Parmesan, freshly sliced
- pepper
- 1 bunch of basil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Roughly chop the tomatoes. Chop the garlic, sauté in hot oil, stir in the tomatoes, and deglaze with red wine or broth. Simmer for 2-3 minutes. Add the almonds and lemon zest, and season with sugar, salt, and pepper. Mix the spaghetti into the sauce and divide among bowls. Serve with Parmesan cheese and basil.
