Spaghetti with fresh tuna sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 2 class can/n tomatoes (Pizza tomatoes)
  • 2 cans of tuna, natural
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 bunch parsley, fresh
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the pasta in a large pot. Peel and finely dice the garlic cloves. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the garlic. Drain the tuna and add it. Sauté briefly with the garlic. Add the pizza tomatoes. Simmer on low heat. Season generously with salt and pepper. Add a little chili powder. Once the pasta is done, add the parsley to the sauce. Drain the spaghetti and arrange it on plates with the sauce. Serve immediately. Tip: It also tastes delicious with a small zucchini.
