Spaghetti with kale and chili

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 onion(s), chopped
  • 1 chili pepper(s), chopped
  • 1 garlic clove(s), crushed
  • 200 g kale, frozen
  • Salt
  • 250g spaghetti

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

First, heat olive oil and butter in a pan, sauté the onion, chili pepper, and garlic, add the kale, season with salt, and sauté until tender. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water until al dente. When it’s done, add some of the cooking water to the vegetables. Then, toss everything from the pan with the drained spaghetti and serve.
