Spaghetti with Quick Pesto

The pesto

  • 1 Handful Nuts to taste
  • 1 Handful Herbal mix basil, parsley, chives, some chervil
  • 1 toe Garlic
  • 50 Size Pecorino
  • 50 Size Extra virgin olive oil

Around outside

  • 4 Pcs. Tomatoes small


Preparation for the pesto

  • Various herbs from the garden. Wash and shake dry. Nuts of your choice, and available. Put the nuts in a chopper. Don't forget the garlic. Roughly cut the hard cheese, also put the herbs in it. Finally, some olive oil. Put the lid on and mix well. Pour into a screw glass and fill up with the remaining olive oil. I didn't add any salt because the cheese has enough salt.
  • During this time the spaghetti will be ready. Which were boiled with salt in boiling water. Then, serve. And my dinner is ready.
