Spaghetti with tuna sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 2 cans of tuna in its own juice
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 bottle of dressing (yogurt dressing with herbs)
  • Garlic
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Water (salt water)
  • some oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Once cooked, toss briefly in olive oil. Finely dice the onion and fry in a little oil. When the onions are translucent, add the finely chopped garlic and fry briefly (careful that it doesn’t brown). Then, drain the juices from the tuna cans and add the tuna to the pan, stirring until it has broken down. Season with salt and pepper. Finally, add the salad dressing to the pan and heat through. Then, quickly toss the pasta with the sauce and serve.
