Spaghetti with zucchini strips, spicy

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 500 g zucchini, medium size
  • 200 g crab or shrimp
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp brunch, herbs
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil
  • chili powder
  • basil
  • Parmesan

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Wash the zucchini and cut lengthwise into strips. Stack the strips on top of each other and cut into sticks. Peel and dice the onions and garlic. Boil water and cook the pasta. Sauté the onions and garlic in a deep pan with oil until translucent. Add the zucchini sticks and sauté (do not let them get too soft). Add the brunch and season with salt, pepper, and chili powder. Now add the crab and heat briefly. Transfer the spaghetti to the plates and spoon the zucchini and crab mixture over the pasta. Serve with basil and Parmesan cheese, if desired.
