Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 can beans (giant), white
  • 1 can beans, white, small, with soup vegetables
  • 1 pack of tomatoes, pureed
  • 2 can/n tomatoes, peeled
  • 400 g sausage (chorizo)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Thyme
  • Pizza seasoning
  • Paprika powder, smoked
  • chili powder
  • vegetable broth
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • some oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Finely dice the onions and sauté. Add the garlic and deglaze with the passata. Roughly chop the peeled tomatoes and add them to the pot along with the broth. Pour all the beans into a sieve, rinse with water, and add them to the pot. Remove the skin from the chorizo. Slice the sausage, then halve them and add them. Season everything with thyme, pizza seasoning, paprika, chili, vegetable broth, salt, and sugar. Bring to a boil and simmer gently. The stew can handle spices and isn’t afraid of the sugar either! It tastes even better reheated the next day.
