Spanish Churros

For the set
- 0,5 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 Cup Water
- 1 Cup Flour
- 3 piece Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla flavor
- 0,25 Cup Sugar
- 0,5 tsp Cinnamon
- Liquid butter
- Melt the butter in a saucepan and heat with salt, sugar and water until the salt and sugar are dissolved. Remove from the hob and mix with the flour until a batter is formed. Preheat the oven.
- Gradually mix the eggs and the vanilla flavor into the batter. Pour into a piping bag and spread 7-8 cm long churros strips on a baking sheet. Make sure that the strips have enough distance from each other. Bake at 180 ° C for 20-25 minutes.
- For the garnish, mix the sugar with the cinnamon in a bag or freezer bag. As soon as the churros are ready, brush with a little liquid butter and dip into the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
