Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 large onion(s)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 large potato(s)
- 500 g pork, cut into cubes
- 500 g lentils, soaked
- 250 ml white wine
- 1 bay leaf
- salt and pepper

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 30 minutes
hearty stew
Finely chop the onion and sauté in oil until golden brown. Add the meat and sear. Pour in the white wine and add the bay leaf. Season with salt and pepper. Grate the potatoes into the pan and sauté for half an hour. Add the lentils and sauté gently until soft. Serve with dark bread.
