Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 m.-sized potatoes
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 4 eggs
  • margarine
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel and slice the potatoes (you can also use boiled potatoes). Peel and finely chop the onion. Whisk the eggs in a bowl. Add a pinch of salt to each egg. Fry the potatoes and onions in a pan until almost cooked (just like fried potatoes). Add the beaten eggs to the potatoes and mix. Let the bottom side set. Then, using a suitable lid, flip everything over and return it to the pan, letting the other side set as well.
