Speculoos Pralines with Chilli

- 12 Spice speculoos
- 1 Organic orange
- 50 g Butter
- 200 g White or dark couverture
- Chili powder
- Salt
- Crumble the speculoos and put them in a bowl together with the peel of the organic orange and the juice of half an orange.
- Melt the butter and add it too.
- Add salt and chili powder to the mixture as desired and knead everything to a homogeneous mass.
- Shape the mixture into small balls and place on a plate lined with baking paper.
- Chill the balls for half an hour. Meanwhile, melt the couverture.
- The cooled balls can now be added individually to the couverture and decorated to taste. Good Appetite!
