Speculoos Pralines with Chilli

The perfect speculoos pralines with chilli recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 12 Spice speculoos
  • 1 Organic orange
  • 50 g Butter
  • 200 g White or dark couverture
  • Chili powder
  • Salt
  1. Crumble the speculoos and put them in a bowl together with the peel of the organic orange and the juice of half an orange.
  2. Melt the butter and add it too.
  3. Add salt and chili powder to the mixture as desired and knead everything to a homogeneous mass.
  4. Shape the mixture into small balls and place on a plate lined with baking paper.
  5. Chill the balls for half an hour. Meanwhile, melt the couverture.
  6. The cooled balls can now be added individually to the couverture and decorated to taste. Good Appetite!
