Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g spelt flour (wholemeal)
  • 320 g butter
  • 160 g cane sugar (raw cane sugar)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Knead all ingredients together thoroughly until a smooth dough forms (this may take some time). Then roll the dough into a log and cut into slices (approx. 0.5-1 cm thick). Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (convection oven) for approximately 30 minutes.
