  • 3 carrots

  • 400 g mushrooms
  • 4 king oyster mushrooms
  • 150 ml vegetable stock
  • 150 g cheese, e.g. Emmental
  • salt and pepper
  • chives

For the spaetzle, prepare a spaetzle dough using eggs, water, flour, salt, and olive oil. Add all ingredients to the Thermomix and knead for 3 minutes on the kneading setting, until the dough bubbles. Scrape the spaetzle into boiling water and then drain. Heat oil in a pan, slice the carrots into sticks and sauté, then add the sliced ​​onion and mushrooms and sauté. Add the spaetzle and deglaze with 150 ml vegetable stock. Fold in the cheese. Sprinkle with chives and serve.
