Spelt turkey nuggets

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 600 g turkey meat (inner flesh)
  • 50 g spelt flour
  • 75 g breadcrumbs (spelt breadcrumbs)
  • 4 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp oil or clarified butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Mix salt and pepper with the breadcrumbs. Cut the turkey meat into the desired shape. Coat the meat in spelt flour, then dip it in the egg, and finally coat it with the breadcrumbs. Add oil to the pan and fry the nuggets over medium heat for about 7 minutes on each side (depending on the thickness of the meat) until golden brown.
