Spicy Baked Apples

The perfect spicy baked apples recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 medium-sized Apples
  • 3 medium-sized Lemon juice
  • 40 g Gorgonzola
  • 30 g Diced raw ham
  • 30 g Creme fraiche Cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Wash the apples, pat dry and cut off a lid.
  2. Use a small spoon or ball cutter to hollow out the apple, leaving one edge to stand.
  3. Now remove the core and chop the pulp, drizzle with lemon juice
  4. Mash the gorgonzola with a fork and mix with the diced apple, ham and creme fraiche, season with salt and pepper.
  5. Now pour the mixture into the apples, put on the lid, put in a greased baking dish and cook in the 200c. Bake in the hot oven on the lower rack for 20 minutes.
  6. Put an apple on a plate and serve with a little baguette — Enjoy your meal; 🙂
