Spicy Baked Apples
The perfect spicy baked apples recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 3 medium-sized Apples
- 3 medium-sized Lemon juice
- 40 g Gorgonzola
- 30 g Diced raw ham
- 30 g Creme fraiche Cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- Wash the apples, pat dry and cut off a lid.
- Use a small spoon or ball cutter to hollow out the apple, leaving one edge to stand.
- Now remove the core and chop the pulp, drizzle with lemon juice
- Mash the gorgonzola with a fork and mix with the diced apple, ham and creme fraiche, season with salt and pepper.
- Now pour the mixture into the apples, put on the lid, put in a greased baking dish and cook in the 200c. Bake in the hot oven on the lower rack for 20 minutes.
- Put an apple on a plate and serve with a little baguette — Enjoy your meal; 🙂
