Spicy Brussels Sprouts and Potato Pan

The perfect spicy brussels sprouts and potato pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Red Onion, finely diced
  • 2 Garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 250 g Brussels sprouts
  • 1 Chilli pepper, finely chopped
  • 3 medium sized Potatoes
  • Nutmeg
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Salt
  • Rapeseed oil
  • 1 tbsp Fresh, chopped parsley
  1. Clean the Brussels sprouts and cut the florets in half and then cut into fine strips. Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes – about 0.5 cm edge length.
  2. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the potatoes over medium heat until golden brown. When the potatoes have colored on all sides, add the Brussels sprouts, chilli, onions and garlic. Roast everything together for about 5 minutes while turning, then season with a little nutmeg, pepper and salt and finally fold in the parsley.
