Spicy Chicken Thighs with Spelled Rice

  • 4 Pc. Chicken thighs
  • 1 Cup Spelled rice
  • 2 cups Water
  • 3 Pc. Chopped onion
  • 4 Pc. Peeled, chopped cloves of garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Yellow curry powder
  • Chili powder
  • Olive oil
  1. Rinse the chicken thighs under running water and dab with a paper towel. Season with salt, pepper and chili powder.
