Spicy soup with minced meat

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 750 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 onions, diced
  • 1 large can of tomatoes, peeled
  • 2 small cans of mushrooms
  • 1 gr. can/n beans, green (runner beans)
  • 500 ml tomato ketchup
  • 1 cup of cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • n. B. Sambal Oelek

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Brown the minced meat with the diced onions. Add the peeled tomatoes, mushrooms with their juices, green beans, and ketchup. Bring to a boil and simmer for half an hour. Stir in the cup of cream and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. If you like it spicier, you can add sambal oelek. Serve with baguette or other white bread.
