Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g wholemeal spelt flour
- 80 ml olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 70 ml water
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 50 g almond(s), sliced
- 1 onion(s), red
- 1 can chickpeas
- 12 olives
- 60 g feta cheese, pickled
- 150 g Gouda, grated
- 1 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
- 1 small can of tomatoes in pieces

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

For the dough, knead the flour, salt, olive oil, water, almonds, egg, and curry seasoning into a dough. Spread the mixture into a flat circle on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 10 minutes. Then remove from the oven. For the topping, drain and rinse the chickpeas, and let them dry on a piece of kitchen paper. Peel the onions and slice them into rings. Spread the tomatoes, chickpeas, olives, and sliced feta cheese on the pre-baked dough. Finally, top with onion rings, pepper, and Gouda cheese. Bake for another 20-25 minutes until golden brown. After baking, let it cool briefly and cut into 2-4 pieces. Serve with red wine and a small salad.
