Spinach and potato gratin

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g leaf spinach, fresh (alternatively frozen)
  • 1 small garlic clove(s)
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Nutmeg, grated
  • 3 m.-sized potatoes, boiled
  • 125 ml milk, low-fat
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tbsp cheese (Emmental, 30% fat), grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash the spinach and let it wilt in a saucepan over low heat. Peel and finely dice the garlic clove. Add it to the spinach and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Slice the potatoes and layer them with the spinach in a casserole dish. Whisk together the milk, flour, and sour cream, season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg, and pour over the gratin. Finally, sprinkle with the cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 20 minutes. Serve hot. Per person: 5 points
