Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 tbsp oil (garlic oil)
- 150 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 onion(s), diced
- 2 cloves garlic, diced
- 250 g leaf spinach (frozen), thawed
- 4 slice(s) pineapple, chopped
- 1 shot of pineapple juice
- 200 g sweet cream
- lots of curry powder
- n. B. Chili pepper(s), dried, finely chopped
- 250 g pasta or rice of your choice
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cook the noodles or rice according to the package instructions. Season the ground beef with salt and pepper and fry in the garlic oil. Add the diced onions and garlic and fry. Then add the thawed spinach leaves and a few dried and finely chopped chilies, if desired, and let them simmer. Deglaze with a generous splash of pineapple juice. Add the pineapple chunks and cream and simmer briefly. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and plenty of curry powder. Add the cooked noodles or rice and serve.
