Spinach lasagna

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 900 g spinach (frozen)
  • 300 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 125 ml cream
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 120 g Parmesan
  • 3 eggs
  • e.g. lasagna sheet(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • some butter

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Defrost the spinach. Whisk together the low-fat quark, cream, garlic, 80g of Parmesan cheese, and the eggs until smooth, and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Brush a rectangular dish with butter. Spread a few spoonfuls of spinach on the bottom and cover with lasagna sheets. Spread a thin layer of the quark mixture over the spinach, then arrange more lasagna sheets on top until all the ingredients are used. Finish with the quark mixture and spinach. Sprinkle with 40g of Parmesan cheese and top with butter flakes. Bake in the preheated oven for about 35 minutes.
