Spinach Pasta Alfredo

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 250 g spinach
  • 25 g tomatoes, dried
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 200 g cream
  • 50 g cheese, grated
  • 10 g basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, then drain. Peel the garlic and drain the tomatoes, then cut them into pieces. Chop the basil. Then fry the crushed garlic and tomatoes in a little oil in a pan for 2 minutes. Add the cream and bring to a simmer. Add the cheese and reduce until the sauce thickens. Add the spinach to the pan and simmer for one minute. Add the pasta and mix. Sprinkle the basil over the sauce and season with salt and pepper.
