Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 g flour
- 100 g semolina, durum wheat
- 1 cube of yeast, fresh
- 2 tsp salt
- 250 ml water, lukewarm
- 1 tsp sugar or honey
- 1 pack of spinach (creamed spinach) 450g thawed
- 100 g feta cheese
- 1 cup cream cheese, 200g
- 3 tbsp almonds, ground
- 100 g cheese, grated

Make a yeast dough from the first 6 ingredients and let it rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes. Roll out the dough and place it on a baking sheet, letting it rise briefly again. Spread the cream cheese on top and sprinkle with the almonds. Cut the feta into small cubes and spread it over the cream cheese mixture along with the spinach. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 250°C (480°F) for about 15 minutes on the lowest rack.
