Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 ½ kg fresh leaf spinach
- 100 g cashew nuts
- 135 g feta cheese (goat feta)
- 100 ml olive oil
- 2 tbsp garlic flakes, dried
- 1 tsp vegetable broth, instant
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
from the oven
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Roughly chop the cashews and crumble the feta. Mix both with the garlic flakes and the broth. Place the spinach in a deep dish and spread the mixture on top. Pour the oil over everything. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes.
