Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg potato(s), waxy
  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 150 g natural yogurt
  • 150 g mayonnaise (in a jar or homemade)
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Boil potatoes, peel, and let cool. Slice potatoes and radishes, and finely chop chives. Mix mayonnaise with yogurt until smooth, season with spices and one or two teaspoons of lemon juice, and fold in the remaining ingredients. This dish is delicious with Vienna sausages, meatballs, or chicken wings.
