- Khaola zucchini le lihoete ka lihlopha tse tšesaane. (Ke sebelisitse processor ea lijo bakeng sa sena :-).) Pheha li-noodle al dente.
- Fry lihoete le zucchini ka bokhutšoanyane ka pane e kholo ka oli e nyenyane. Kenya veine e tšoeu le meroho ea meroho 'me u tlise ho pheha. Hlohlelletsa tranelate chisi le mosetareta 'me u fafatse letsoai le pepere.
- Hlakola li-noodle tse phethiloeng hantle 'me u li kenye meroho. Kopanya tsohle.
