  • 2 Steaks
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 2 Cheese slices
  • 1 Onion
  1. Sear the steaks in the pan with clarified butter, put tomato slices on top, each with a slice of cheese on top. Slice the onion and add to the pan. Wait until the cheese has melted. Scatter paprika on top. Done – Enjoy your meal
