Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g carrot(s)
- 1 ½ tsp salt
- some pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil, neutral
- 2 tbsp agave syrup
- 125 g shepherd’s cheese
- 1 ½ tbsp parsley
Instructions

Wash and trim the carrots thoroughly. Cut into 6 cm pieces and halve them lengthwise. Place them in a bowl and mix well with salt, pepper, agave syrup, and oil. Let everything simmer for about 5 minutes. Sauté everything in a pan over medium heat for about 10 minutes. In the meantime, grate the feta cheese and wash and chop the parsley. Stir both into the carrots after they’re cooked. Serve and enjoy.
