Steamed Kohlrabi
The perfect steamed kohlrabi recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Kohlrabi
- 2 tbsp Melted butter
- Salt pepper
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 8 tbsp Water
- Clean and peel the kohlrabi. Halve the kohlrabi and cut the halves into thin slices.
- Melt 2 tbsp butter in a saucepan and sauté the kohlrabi. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Add water, bring to the boil and cook covered over medium heat for 8-10 minutes. If necessary, season again with salt and pepper. Spread the kohlrabi on plates and serve sprinkled with corn flakes.
