Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 m.-large fish, (sea bream)
  • 1 small lemon(s), juice
  • 1 small bunch of coriander leaves
  • 1 stalk(s) Celery
  • some salt and pepper
  • possibly chili
  • 1 small Chinese cabbage

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Wash and pat dry the ready-to-cook fish. Score it three times horizontally on both sides. Season the inside with salt and pepper, along with the finely chopped herbs. Drizzle the inside and outside with a little lemon juice. Let the sea bream rest in the refrigerator for half an hour to an hour. Meanwhile, thoroughly clean about five to six leaves of Chinese cabbage and place them in the steamer. Place the sea bream on top, turn on the steamer, and steam for about ten to ten minutes. The finished fish and cabbage pair well with all kinds of Thai dishes and sauces.
