Stir-fried Vegetables with Sour Cream

- 500 g Potatoes
- 125 g Ham cubes
- 1 Onion
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 Zucchini
- 0,5 Red Bell pepper
- 0,5 Yellow Bell pepper
- 0,5 Green Bell pepper
- 250 g Mushrooms
- 1 bunch Spring onions
- 3 Tomatoes
- 1 Can Pizza tomatoes
- 300 g Mini mozzarella balls
- 400 g Sour cream
- Salt
- Pepper
- Hot paprika powder
- Chili powder
- Dried oregano
- Dried thyme
- Dried basil
- Oil
- Basil leaves
- Boil, peel and slice the potatoes, peel and finely dice the onion and garlic, dice the zucchini, tomatoes and peppers, cut the spring onions into rings and slice the mushrooms.
- Now first fry the potatoes, onions, garlic and the ham cubes in the oil, then add the peppers, spring onions and zucchini, sauté briefly, then add the mushrooms and tomatoes, and sauté everything with salt, pepper, paprika powder Season, chilli powder and herbs, add the pizza tomatoes and simmer for another minute.
