Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 6 tbsp flour
  • 6 tbsp sugar
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 500 g strawberries
  • 150 g cream
  • 150 g yogurt (strawberry yogurt)
  • 1 pack of cake glaze, red or strawberry flavored
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 3 eggs

Instructions

Working time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Whisk the flour, sugar, eggs, baking powder, and oil in a bowl until fluffy. Pour into a greased tart tin and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10-15 minutes. Let cool, then remove from the tin. Hull and halve or quarter the strawberries. Whip the cream until stiff, stir in the strawberry yogurt, and spread it on the tart base. Spread the strawberries on the cream and yogurt layer. Bring the water, sugar, and glaze to a boil, then spread the glaze over the strawberries. Chill in the refrigerator.
