Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 140 g butter
- 200 g biscuits (butter biscuits)
- 300 g double cream cheese
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 100 g almond(s), ground with skin
- 600 g strawberries
- 500 g whipped cream
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 packs of cream stiffener
- 1 tbsp sugar
- ½ pack of red cake glaze for 1/8 l liquid
- ⅛ liter apple juice, clear
Instructions

Our favorite – strawberry cake. Super delicious, no baking required!
Melt the butter. Crumble the biscuits and knead them with the melted butter. Spread the biscuit mixture evenly on the bottom of a 26 cm springform pan and press down firmly. Mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth and spread evenly on the biscuit base. Sprinkle the almonds on the cream cheese layer. Chill the cream cheese cake. Halve the strawberries. Whip the cream until stiff, gradually adding the vanilla sugar and cream stabilizer. Arrange all the strawberries, except for a few for decoration, on the almond layer and spread with cream. Mix the sugar and cake glaze together with the apple juice. Bring to a boil once while stirring constantly and pour strips onto the cream while still warm. Chill the cake for about 6 hours. Halve the remaining strawberries and decorate the cake with them.
