Strawberry-elderberry flip with vanilla ice cream

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 tbsp strawberries, diced
  • 2 tbsp syrup (elderflower)
  • 1 small bottle(s) of Prosecco
  • 2 scoops of ice cream (vanilla)
  • 4 fresh mint leaves

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Refreshing drink for a spring or summer party!

Fill two large wine glasses with diced strawberries and add 1 tablespoon of elderflower syrup to each. Top with chilled Prosecco and add 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream. If desired, garnish the drink with fresh mint leaves. Serve immediately, chilled! A delicious refreshment—perfect as a summer dessert or as a drink for a party.
