Ingredients for 20 servings:
- 5 eggs
- 5 tbsp water
- 200 g sugar
- 200 g flour
- 1 ½ tsp, leveled baking powder
- 300 g strawberries
- 550 g cream cheese, not light
- 200 g powdered sugar
- 600 g cream
- 2 packs of cream stiffener
- 300 g strawberries
- 1 pack of gelatin
Instructions
Working time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Base: Beat the whole eggs with water until frothy. Then add the remaining ingredients. Mix everything together and place on a deep baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes at 200°C. Filling: Wash and drain the strawberries, halve them, and spread them on the cooled cake base. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff. Beat the cream cheese with the powdered sugar until smooth and fold in the cream. Spread this mixture on the base with the strawberries. Glaze: Purée the remaining strawberries and mix with the prepared gelatin. Pour over the cake and refrigerate for a few hours.
