Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 10 eggs
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 can of caviar
  • Cucumber juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 28 minutes

Boil eggs hard for 8 minutes, peel, and halve lengthwise. Carefully separate the egg yolks from the egg whites and place them in a bowl. Add salt, then mayonnaise and mustard. Blend everything vigorously with a hand blender. Season to taste. Tip: If the mixture is too thick or lumpy, you can smooth it with a little cucumber broth. There should be no lumps left. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag and fill the egg halves with it. I garnish these deviled eggs with caviar, parsley, or salmon strips.
