Stuffed giant mushrooms

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 giant mushrooms
  • olive oil
  • 125 g baby spinach
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 75 g mozzarella, grated
  • 100 g Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 22 minutes

vegetarian

Preheat oven to 180°C (fan). Hollow out the mushrooms (remove the stems), brush them inside and out with olive oil. Chop the spinach and mix with the remaining ingredients. Fill the mushrooms with the mixture and place them in a baking dish. Then place in the preheated oven for about 12 minutes. Tip: Any excess filling can be baked in a baking dish and used as a dip.
