Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 mushrooms (giant mushrooms)
  • 40 g ham (gourmet raw ham, diced)
  • 60 g cheese (sliced ​​cheese, 1.5% fat)
  • some Maggi
  • Spice(s) of your choice
  • Parsley
  • 100 ml soy cream, without salt and sugar
  • 2 g locust bean gum (Biobin)
  • 170 g mushrooms, sliced
  • Spice(s) of your choice

Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. Chop the stems, chop 2/3 of the cheese, and add it with the diced ham. Season to taste. Stuff 2/3 of the mixture into the mushrooms and place the remaining cheese on top, covering each mushroom. Bake in the oven at 160°C (fan oven) for 10 minutes, or until the cheese has melted. Briefly fry the canned mushrooms in a small saucepan, add the rest of the mixture, and add the milk with the Biobin. Season to taste, bring to a boil, and then pour over the stuffed mushrooms. This makes a huge portion that’s super filling and has only about 250 kcal, 10 g fat, and 3 g carbohydrates.
