Stuffed shell pasta with salmon

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g shell pasta, large
  • 200 g salmon fillet(s)
  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 2 cups of sweet cream or condensed milk
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • n. B. Dill
  • e.g. lemon juice
  • n. B. Cheese, grated, optional

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Cook the pasta shells and rinse with cold water. Purée the salmon and smoked salmon in a food processor. Combine the fish mixture with the egg, a cup of cream, and the seasonings. Place the cooked pasta shells in a shallow baking dish and fill the pasta with the mixture using a piping bag or a teaspoon. Drizzle with the remaining cream and bake in the oven at 160°C (320°F) for about 30 minutes. If you like, sprinkle with grated cheese.
