Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 m.-large tomato(s)
  • 8 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 slice(s) white bread
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • ½ bunch parsley, finely chopped
  • 4 tbsp cheese, grated
  • 8 tbsp sour cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

with egg and bread filling

Hard-boil the eggs, peel them, and cut them into small cubes. Soak the slice of bread in the milk. Mix the egg cubes, bread, 2 tablespoons of sour cream, parsley, salt, and pepper well. Fill the hollowed-out tomatoes with the mixture and bake for about 10 minutes. Mix the grated cheese with the sour cream and season with salt and pepper. Serve the tomatoes with the sauce and fresh bread.
