Stuffed wild salmon

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 salmon (wild salmon), frozen, approx. 1 kg
  • 300 g leaf spinach, frozen
  • 200 g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with spinach and feta filling

Wash the thawed salmon thoroughly inside and out, pat dry, and season with salt and pepper. Mix the thawed and squeezed spinach with the crumbled feta cheese and crushed garlic, and season with pepper. Then stuff the fish with the mixture. Place the prepared salmon on a baking sheet and bake at 175 degrees Celsius for about 45 minutes. We served it with tagiatelle.
