Stuffed Zucchini in Tomato Sauce

The perfect stuffed zucchini in tomato sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Zucchini green
  • 250 g Mixed minced meat
  • 1 Fresh onion
  • 500 g Tomatoes happened
  • 50 ml Vegetable broth
  • Grated cheese
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper
  • Finely chopped parsley
  1. Wash the zucchini, cut in half lengthways and scrape out the seeds with a spoon. Mix the minced meat with the egg and breadcrumbs well, peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Knead with the mince, season with salt and pepper, fill into the zucchini halves. Place the tomatoes in a casserole dish, add the vegetable stock. Place the zucchini halves on top. Cook in the preheated oven on the 2nd rack from the bottom at 200 degrees for 30 minutes. After 20 minutes, sprinkle with the grated cheese. Serve with the parsley. Rice tastes very good with it.
