Sucuk burger with ciabatta buns

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 ciabatta rolls
  • 14 slices of sucuk
  • 2 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 handful of arugula
  • e.g. Sriracha sauce
  • some fat for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Slice the onions and the sucuk. Fry the onions in a pan with a little fat for a few minutes until translucent. Add the sucuk and fry briefly. Cut the buns in half and arrange the sucuk on the bottom of the bun. Garnish with onions, sriracha sauce, and arugula.
