Sugared Pancake with Raisins

  • 2 Pc. Egg yolk
  • 20 g Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla sugar
  • 100 g Flour
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 2 Pc. Egg whites
  • Butter and powdered sugar
  1. Mix the butter, egg yolk, sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Sieve the flour and stir in alternately with the milk. Beat egg whites with salt and fold carefully into the dough.
  2. Let a tablespoon of butter get hot in a pan, pour in the batter and let it set over medium heat, then turn it over and travel into pieces with 2 spatulas. Now put a good piece of butter in the pan again, dust with powdered sugar and caramelize the pancakes a little.
  3. Place on your plate and serve dusted with powdered sugar.
  4. Serves with applesauce or preserved plum compote
  5. Tip 5: if you like, add raisins to the dough
